I'm ready for my new family!

Arizona

I'm Available

Meet our sweet, shy but oh so lovable & playful Arizona, a 10 month old female, Golden Retriver-Labrador Retriver mix (we also think she has some Black Mouth Cur in her breed as well).

Arizona (originally named Peggy) was rescued as a stray in the desert of Arizona, by a good samaritan with a number of other dogs.A friend of our rescue flew to Arizona and drove this sweet pups and others dogs to Florida.

We were able to find a wonderful foster family for this loving girl while we search for her forever home!!

Could you be her new family????

Here’s more info on Arizona:

  • Shy and very sweet
  • Loves to be near her humans
  • Dog friendly (currently living & playing with another dog)
  • Ok with Cats although curious about them
  • House-broken
  • Likes to chew (typical puppy!) but is easily redirected to toys or bones
  • She is also easily corrected when you say NO if she is doing something she shouldn’t do
  • Learning new commands like Sit & Paw
  • Treat motivated
  • She is spayed & up to date on all her vaccines
  • Happy & Healthy girl!!

Despite being a stray Arizona is doing pretty well with leash walking but could always use more practice and consistency with new owners

Her foster family says Arizona is such a good girl, happy and likes to play.
